1. Services
Worldwide Travel Agency ("the Agency") provides travel booking, visa assistance, travel consultation, tour packages, corporate travel support, and professional training services from our office in Monrovia, Liberia.
2. Booking & Payment
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the Agency.
- Payment terms and methods will be communicated during the booking process.
- Prices quoted are subject to change based on availability and currency fluctuations until payment is confirmed.
- The Agency reserves the right to charge service fees for processing bookings and applications.
3. Visa Assistance
- The Agency assists with visa application preparation and submission but does not guarantee visa approval. Visa decisions are made solely by the respective embassies or consulates.
- Service fees for visa assistance are non-refundable, regardless of the visa outcome.
- Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete documentation.
4. Training Programs
- Training enrollment is confirmed upon payment of registration fees.
- Program schedules and content may be adjusted at the Agency's discretion.
- Certificates are issued upon successful completion of all program requirements.
- Registration fees are non-refundable after the program start date.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellation policies vary by service type and will be communicated at the time of booking.
- Airline tickets, hotel reservations, and tour packages may be subject to third-party cancellation fees.
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing via WhatsApp or email.
- Processing of approved refunds may take up to 14 business days.
6. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide accurate, truthful information in all documents and communications.
- Clients are responsible for ensuring valid travel documents (passport, visas, etc.) before travel.
- The Agency is not liable for consequences arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by clients.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Agency acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers (airlines, hotels, embassies). While we exercise reasonable care in selecting and managing these services, the Agency is not liable for:
- Acts, errors, or omissions of third-party service providers
- Delays, cancellations, or changes in schedules by airlines or other providers
- Loss or damage to personal property during travel
- Visa refusals by embassies or consulates
8. Changes to Terms
The Agency reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated date.
